Mr Popper's Penguins
Jim Carrey plays Tom Popper, a divorced estate agent who finds himself the keeper of six Gentoo penguins. When his children fall in love with the waddling birds, he decides against giving them to the local zoo. The penguins' benign influence also has other side effects...and Tom begins to date his estranged wife. Director Mark Waters (Freaky Friday, Mean Girls) conjures up a warm-hearted family yarn with Carrey bringing his customary brio to the dad who learns to love again.
