District 13
The extreme sport of free running - crossing city rooftops at a fast sprint - is the centre-piece of this entertainingly ludicrous action thriller. An undercover cop and an ethical ghetto kid have to reluctantly join forces and race against time to defuse a bomb in the Paris sink estate known as District 13. It's utterly doolally tap…but played with such gusto you find yourself thoroughly enjoying yourself - even if you know you shouldn't.
