Charitable good guy Steve Barker (Johnny Knoxville) needs to raise $28,000 for an operation to sew his janitor's fingers back on...so he poses as a mentally-challenged athlete in the Special Olympics. Barry W Blaustein directs - but the Farrelly Brothers' sticky fingers are all over this comedy. It's great to see mentally-disabled actors cast in a mainstream movie.
