When college kid Bartleby Gains (Justin Long) fails to land a place in university he sets up his own seat of learning to fool his folks. However, the South Harmon Institute of Technology and its register of misfits soon attracts the attention of its snootier neighbours and must fight to keep the doors open. Knockabout fun which never really rises above the likeable from Grosse Point Blank writer Steve Pink.
