Four escaped psychiatric patients are accidentally left adrift in the big city. Short-fused Michael Keaton and his three pals have to 'sane up' fast if they're to rescue their shrink (Dennis Boutsikaris) from the murderous intentions of two crooked cops (Philip Bosco, James Remar).
