Swimming with Sharks
Kevin Spacy has never been better than studio monster Buddy, a mogul who can switch from weapons-grade monstering to wheedling charm at the swish of a starlet's dress. Frank Whaley is Guy, a film school graduate who lands a job as assistant to Buddy's vice-president...and becomes the whipping boy for the sleek-suited bully. His sanity is saved by an affair with Michelle Forbes' fledgling producer...but then Buddy gets designs on her as well. Writer-director George Huang based the script on his experiences as a personal assistant.
