Megan Fox earns her wings as an angel who is freed from captivity by a washed-up musician (Mickey Rourke)... only to be used as a bargaining chip in his dispute with a pitiless gangster (Bill Murray). Man's tendency to see only profit in things of wonder and beauty is the inspiration behind this ambitious fable of love, greed and redemption. Carnival owner Rhys Ifans is among those who would desecrate the heavenly Ms Fox while Kelly Lynch rounds out the intriguing cast as a similarly exploited stripper.
