Gulliver's Travels
Starring Jack Black, the 2010 incarnation of Jonathan Swift's iconic literary satire drops the majority of the parody and original plot for a post-modern family-friendly take on the tale. Black plays the oversized travel writer who finds himself in Lilliput, the land of tiny people but bigger prejudices. Emily Blunt plays the princess while there's sterling British support from James Corden and Billy Connolly and Catherine Tate as Lilliputian royalty.
