The Chronicles of Riddick
The epic sequel to the cult sci-fi actioner Pitch Black catches up with Vin Diesel's intergalactic felon Richard B Riddick five years down the line, performing antiheroics to rid the universe of a race of space fascists called the Necromongers. Taking itself seriously with mightily impressive sets, a labyrinthine plot and Judi Dench pitching up as some kind of cosmic fairy godmother, it's Riddick-ulously good fun.
