Audrey Hepburn conspires with her Roman Holiday director William Wyler for this sparkling crime caper. She plays the daughter of an art forger who needs the services of Peter O'Toole's gentleman thief to steal one of her father's fakes from a museum. The performances are charming - naturally - but the film's audacious and elaborate heist really puts the cherry on top.
