In her penultimate role, the late Brittany Murphy plays Mary, a Los Angeles banker who takes her boyfriend (Dean Cain) to hospital for a routine operation - only for him to completely disappear. As she frantically searches for him, she finds her sanity questioned as nobody can recall him being there. But then nobody is as they seem as Mary is plunged into a nerve-wracking nightmare of blackmail and foul play. You wouldn't get this on the NHS.
