Improving on the original, like The Bride Of Frankenstein and Batman Returns before it, thanks to a script which moves away from blackly comic sketches and really gets under the skin of the wonderfully melancholic Addams. When Morticia (Angelica Huston) gives birth to mustachioed baby Pubert his siblings are less than impressed...and want to kill him. Enter a too-good-to-be true nanny (Joan Cusack) with a greedy eye on Uncle Fester's fortune.
