'Stone Cold' Steve Austin plays ex-cop Ryan Varrett, a Texan with murder on his mind after his family was wiped out by a gang of thugs. When he cruises into the small Washington town of Hope he finds himself squaring up to a biker gang headed up by gun-running, meth-dealing wrong 'un Drayke (Danny Trejo). Opposites repel and it's a fight to death as Varrett deals out his own peculiar form of hard-hitting justice.
