New Year's Eve
In director Garry "Valentine's Day" Marshall's multi-stranded romance, the lives of several New York couples and singles intertwine over the course of New Year's Eve. There's Katherine Heigl's dumped chef, Ashton Kutcher's slacker curmudgeon, Josh Duhamel's smitten record executive, Robert De Niro's dying dad and Halle Berry's army wife and nurse. As the seconds tick away before the ball drops on Times Square, it's up to official street party manager Hilary Swank to find the true meaning of the dawn of the new year.
