Liam Neeson plays an American biotech expert in Berlin for a conference who is involved in a car crash which leaves him in a coma. When he comes to, a stranger - Aidan Quinn - has completely taken over his identity...and the affections of his wife (January Jones). With the help of an illegal immigrant (Diane Kruger) and Bruno Ganz's ex-Stasi spook, he must fight for his life against a sinister organisation that wants him to disappear. Orphan director Jaume Collet-Serra concocts a hugely enjoyable thriller boasting some bone-shuddering action sequences.
