The Loved Ones
In Sean Byrne's inventive Australian horror, Xavier Samuel plays Brent, a stoned youngster tormented by guilt after the night of a car crash in which he was driving that killed his father. His only solace is his loyal and loving girlfriend Holly (Victoria Thaine) but another college girl wants in on the act. She's the school's shrinking violet - Lola (Robin McLeavy) - and when Brent turns her down for the school prom she's not happy. In fact, think a violent blend of mirror balls, syringes, satin and power drills. Not happy at all.
