Jet Li plays a feral killing machine and aspiring piano tuner (don't titter) in Luc Besson's unhappy marriage of cheap sentiment and X-rated brutality. By turns gloopy and plain nauseating, Bob Hoskins plays the vengeful debt collector and Morgan Freeman shuffles on as a blind musician.
