A quick and easy way to check the current state of our services, and find out whether any network issues, weather-related problems or general faults could be interrupting the services you receive from Sky.
If you notice problems with Sky Player , Sky TV reception, experienced interruptions to your Sky Broadband connection, or hear noise and interference when you attempt to make Sky Talk calls, you can use this page to check whether it's just you having problems or whether something is affecting the service for everyone in your area.
Each issue will be colour-coded, with a green label indicating that the issue has been resolved. If you see a clock icon, it means that we have identified and resolved the issue, and a fix is being rolled out very soon. You'll see a time stamp on each issue to let you know how long it's been going on, and you can follow the 'More information' link to read further updates on the issue.
We'll update this information regularly. If you're having problems, but nothing on our Service Status page indicates that it's a general issue, you may have a problem with your own equipment or service that needs to be resolved - please see 'Sky Services Help' for information.
